Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 28 High Street, Manly on Tuesday 31 December 2013 at 3 pm.
Business to be conducted at the AGM is as follows:
1. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on 6/12/12.
2. To receive from the Committee the report on the activities of the Association for the 12 months ending 30 June 2013.
3. To receive and consider the financial statements and reports.
4. To elect office bearers and ordinary committee members.
The current officer holders are:
President - Candy Bingham
Vice President - Lloyd Keen
Treasurer - Peter Greentree
Secretary - David Taylor.
These office bearers have all been nominated for election and are prepared to stand for re-election. No other nominations have been received.
There is no further business to be conducted at the meeting.
