The Northern Beaches Council extends from The Spit to Palm Beach. For voting purposes the area is divided into five wards. Each ward will have three councillors, a total of 15 councillors.  

“Manly” is one ward, comprising Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, North Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf, Manly Vale and Seaforth.
