To be held on Saturday 14 September The Northern Beaches Council extends from The Spit to Palm Beach. For voting purposes the area is divided into five wards. Each ward will have three councillors, a total of 15. “Manly” is one ward, comprising Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, North Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf, Manly Vale and Seaforth.
